特朗普將宣佈向2000億美元中國出口征收關稅。

 

 

上星期五港股持續上升,開市恆生指數升215點,國企指數升75點。騰訊升1.9%,令指數升51點;友邦保險升1.56%,令指數升36點;建設銀行升1.07%,令指數升23點。吉利升2.39%,為升幅最大藍籌股。石油股跟油價下跌,中石化跌1%,為跌幅最大藍籌股,中石油跌0.5%。新鴻基地產純利升19%,股價升1.74%。A股開市跌0.14%,上證綜合指數跌5點。開市後港股升幅收窄,投資者高位沽貨套利。恆生指數升幅收窄至100點以內。恆生指數一度跌至27027點,只升13點。之後又再反彈,恆生指數升超過200點。騰訊,滙豐,友邦及平保等領升。手機設備股上升,瑞聲升3.9%,舜宇升2.3%。醫藥股回升,中生製藥最多升3.66%。澳門博彩股反彈,銀娛升3.4%,金沙升4%。教育股反彈,新高教升4.6%,中教控股升2.5%,睿見教育升2.8%。汽車股上升,吉利升1.2%,華晨升5%;比亞迪升6.1%,廣汽升5.5%,東風升4.4%。恆生指數最高升至27319點,升305點。A股上午收市跌0.13%,上證綜合指數升跌3.5點。上午收市恆生指數升218點,國企指數升53點,成交474億元。

 

 

下午港股升幅擴大,恆生指數升3百多點。最高升至27340點,升326點。騰訊升2.1%,貢獻指數55點,領導大市上升。A股收市跌0.18%,上證綜合指數跌5點。尾市港股略為回落,騰訊升幅收窄至1.9%,貢獻指數51點。友邦升1.25%,貢獻指數30點。澳門博彩股升幅大,金沙升4.14%,銀娛升3.85%。手機設備股急升,瑞聲升5.5%,為升幅最大藍籌股,舜宇升3.23%。新地升1.9%,長實集團升3%,長江基建升2.45%。汽車股升,吉利升1.73%,比亞迪升8.1%,廣汽升7.6%。內房股升,恆大升4.7%。醫藥股反彈,石藥升2.93%。收市恆生指數升272點,國企指數升72點,成交869億元。全週恆生指數升313點,國企指數升16點。

 

 

上星期五晚歐美股市大部份上升。歐洲股市微升,德國升68點,法國升24點,英國升22點。消息傳特朗普將向2000億美元中國出口征收10%關稅,美股先升後回。杜瓊斯升8點,標普升0.8點,納斯達克跌3點。港股ADR在美國跌158點,恆指夜期跌312點,預計港股今天下跌。

Trump plans to impose 10% tariff on US$200 billion worth Chinese exports.  

 

 

Last Friday, Hong Kong stocks continued to rise.  Hang Seng index opened up 215 points and H share index up 75 points.  Tencent rose 1.9%, for 51 point gain.  AIA rose 1.56% for 36 point gain.  CCB rose 1.07% for 23 point gain.  Geely rose 2.39% to become the top gainer at opening.  Oil stocks followed the price of crude oil lower.  Sinopec lost 1% to become the top loser at opening.  Petrochina lost 0.5%.  SHK Property’s net profit rose 19%.  Share price rose 1.74$%.  A shares opened down 0.14%.  Shanghai composite index lost 5 points.  The market’s gain narrowed after opening, as investors sold at high level.  Hang Seng index gained under 100 points and fell to a low of 27027 points, up only 13 points.  Then the market rebounded again. Hang Seng index rose more than 200 points.  Tencent, HSBC, AIA and Ping An led the rally.  Handset suppliers rose.  AAC rose 3.9%.  Sunny Optical rose 2.3%.  Pharmaceutical stocks rose.  Sino Biopharm rose 3.66%.  Macau gaming stocks also rebounded.  Galaxy rose 3.4%.  Sands rose 4%.  Education stocks rose.  New Higher Education rose 4.6%.  Sino Education rose 2.5%.  Wisdom Education rose 3.8%.  Carmakers also rose.  Geely rose 1.2%. Brilliance rose 5%.  BYD rose 6.1%.  GAC rose 5.5%.  Dongfeng rose 4.4%.  Hang Seng index reached a morning high of 27319 points, up 305 points.  A shares closed the morning down 0.13%. Shanghai composite index closed down 3.5 points.  Hang Seng index closed the morning up 218 points.  H share index closed up 53 points.  Turnover was $47.4 billion.

 

 

In early afternoon, the market rose further.  Hang Seng index gained more than 300 points and reached a high of 27340 points, up 326 points.  Tencent rose 2.1% for 55 point gain to lead the market.  A shares closed down 0.18%.  Shanghai composite index closed down 5 points.  The Hong Kong market retreated slightly at the close.  Tencent’s gain narrowed to 1.9% for 51 point gain.  AIA rose 1.25% for 30 point gain.  Macau gaming stocks rose strongly.  Sands rose 4.14%.  Galaxy rose 3.85%.  Handset suppliers rose.  AAC rose 5.5% to lead the blue chips.  Sunny Optical rose 3.23%.  SHK Property rose 1.9%.  CKH rose 3%.  CK Infrastructure rose 2.45%.  Auto stocks rose.  Geely rose 1.73%.  BYD rose 8.1%. GAC rose 7.6%.  Mainland developers also rose.  Evergrande rose 4.7%.  Pharmaceutical stocks rebounded.  CSPC rose 2.93%.  Hang Seng index closed up 272 points and H share index up 72 points.  Turnover was $86.9 billion.  Hang Seng index rose 313 points for the week and H share index rose 16 points. 

 

Ove last Friday rnight, overseas markets were mostly higher.  European markets rose slightly.  DAX rose 68 points; CAC rose 24 points and FTSE rose 22 points.  Trump plans to impose 10% tariff on US$200 billion worth Chinese imports.  US markets rose first but fell back on the news.  Dow Jones closed up 8 points; S & P rose 0.8 point and Nasdaq lost 3 points.  ADR’s fell 158 points and night future lost 312 points.  We expect the market to fall today.
