智易東方證券有限公司現發出嚴正聲明，本公司僅為以下基金提供非獨家之顧問服務，並沒有為以下投資產品及公司提供投資管理服務：

• EFS SPC – Global Absolute Return SP
• EFS Asset Management Limited
於程式下載平台，本公司發現疑似有其他公司/機構所使用名稱及圖案與本公司極度相似，
為免產生任何不必要誤會, 智易東方證券有限公司現發出嚴正聲明，以下所提及之公司/機構均與本公司沒有任何關連。

GEO Securities Limited reiterates that does not provide investment management services for the following company(ies) and its investment product(s):

• EFS SPC – Global Absolute Return SP
• EFS Asset Management Limited
On APPS download platforms, GEOSL finds out that the names and logos which are used by other companies/institutions are extremely similar to ours.
In order to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding, GEO Securities Limited reiterates that GEOSL does not have any relationship with the following companies/institutions.

GEOSL is solely a non-exclusive investment advisor to the above company(ies) and does not involved in their management at all.
